Hi, Abraham, here's something that might help you with Pablo de Alba Perez.

Since he married Maria Josefa Padilla Gonzalez 19 July 1910 in San Juan de
Los Lagos, Jalisco, he was 22 years old and Josefa was 19 years old. His
birth would be 1888 or close to that. The record does say that his parents
were: Lamberto de Alva and Librada Perez. Her parents were: Ramon Padilla
and Josefa Gonzalez. This is found in Civil Registration, Marriages,
1861-1961, San Juan de Los Lagos (1906-1910) Image 701.

Pablo de Alba Perez died at the age of 71 years old from "Infarto"

In a birth of Jose Pedro de Alba Perez, it says that Jose Pedro was
registered and christened on the same day of 17 December 1886, in San Juan
Bautista, San Juan de Los Lagos, Jalisco. Stating also that his parents
were Lamberto de Alva and Librada Perez. Also this baptism states that
Jose Pedro's Grandparents were Blas de Alba and Adelaida Jimenez. His
maternal grandparents are also listed as Cleto Perez and Higinia Muñoz.
